Acquisition Introducer Programme
We are active property purchasers that specialise in below-market-value acquisition opportunities.
Where an individual introduces a below-market acquisition opportunity that ultimately results in a completed purchase by us, we can agree to provide an Acquisition Consultancy Fee. We will issue this webpage for qualifying properties. This page is specifically for private individuals. Business and corporate entities will be issued a different webpage for properties we deem as qualifying.
Fee Structure
The standard Acquisition Consultancy Fee is 0.5% of the agreed purchase price, paid to the introducer by bank transfer.
The fee is calculated using the purchase price originally agreed between the parties.
If our offer is subsequently increased, the standard fee may no longer apply and any payment will be assessed separately at our absolute discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment will normally be made by bank transfer within 10 days following legal completion of the acquisition.

At or around the time of completion (or sooner), the recipient should copy and paste the invoice email template contained in the box below, complete the required details and send the invoice email to:
